The Influencers feature helps you discover and manage relationships with content creators and influencers. Track reach, engagement, and campaign performance all in one place.
Discovering Influencers
Go to Influencers from the left sidebar.
Use the search and filter options to find influencers by platform, niche, follower count, or location.
Browse the influencer database with key stats: follower count, engagement rate, and audience demographics.
Click "Add to List" to save an influencer to your prospect list.
Managing Campaigns
Click "Create Campaign" from the Campaigns section.
Give your campaign a name and set goals (reach, engagement, conversions).
Add influencers to the campaign from your prospect lists.
Track deliverables — monitor posts, stories, and content created by influencers.
Review campaign analytics including total reach, engagement, and ROI.
Influencer Profiles
Each influencer profile shows:
- Audience Stats — Follower count, growth trend, demographics.
- Engagement Rate — Average likes and comments per post.
- Content Examples — Recent posts with performance metrics.
- Contact Info — Email and social links for outreach.
Tip: Focus on engagement rate rather than just follower count when evaluating influencers. Micro-influencers often have higher engagement rates than larger accounts.
