SocialPulses offers four subscription tiers to fit different needs. Here's everything you need to know about plans, billing, and payments.
Available Plans
- Free — $0/month. Up to 3 social accounts, 50 scheduled posts/month, basic analytics.
- Starter — $19/month. 5 social accounts, AI content generation, smart scheduling, 100 posts/month.
- Professional — $49/month. 15 social accounts, premium analytics, 500 posts/month.
- Business — $99/month. Unlimited accounts, advanced analytics, admin features, unlimited posts.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Billing from the left sidebar.
Click "Compare Plans" or "Upgrade".
Select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual saves 20%).
Enter your payment information.
Click "Subscribe" — your plan upgrades immediately.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices
View and download your invoices from the Billing page:
- Click "Invoices" to see your payment history.
- Each invoice shows the billing period, amount charged, and payment status.
- Download invoices as PDF for your records.
Downgrading or Canceling
You can downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Downgrading may result in losing access to premium features and exceeding account/ post limits.
Tip: Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. If you're committed to SocialPulses long-term, it's the most cost-effective option.
