Understanding Your Analytics

SocialPulses Analytics gives you a comprehensive view of your social media performance across all connected platforms. Track engagement, reach, follower growth, and more.

Analytics Dashboard

Navigate to Analytics from the left sidebar. The dashboard shows:

  • Overview Metrics — Total posts, engagement rate, reach, and follower count for the selected period.
  • Performance Charts — Visual charts showing engagement, reach, and follower growth over time.
  • Platform Breakdown — Compare performance across different social platforms.
  • Top Posts — Your best-performing content based on engagement.

Customizing Your View

  • Date Range — Use the date picker to view analytics for specific periods (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or custom).
  • Platform Filter — Focus on one platform or view all combined.
  • Metrics Toggle — Switch between engagement, reach, impressions, and follower metrics.

Understanding Key Metrics

  • Engagement — Total likes, comments, shares, and saves on your content.
  • Engagement Rate — Engagement divided by impressions (percentage). Higher is better.
  • Reach — Number of unique accounts that saw your content.
  • Impressions — Total number of times your content was displayed.
  • Follower Growth — Net change in followers over the selected period.

Reports

The Reports section lets you create exportable reports:

  • Choose a date range and platforms.
  • Get a formatted report with all key metrics.
  • Export as PDF or CSV for sharing with your team or clients.

Premium Analytics

Premium Analytics (available on Professional and Business plans) includes:

  • Best Time to Post — AI-powered recommendations for optimal posting times.
  • Competitor Analysis — Track competitor performance.
  • Sentiment Analysis — Understand audience sentiment toward your content.
  • Custom Dashboards — Create personalized analytics views.

Tip: Check your analytics weekly to identify trends and adjust your content strategy. Look for patterns in what type of content gets the most engagement.
