Alerts help you stay on top of important changes in your social media performance. Get notified about engagement spikes, follower milestones, and sentiment changes.
Types of Alerts
- Spike Alerts — Notify you when engagement suddenly increases or decreases significantly.
- Follower Milestones — Celebrate when you reach follower count milestones.
- Sentiment Changes — Get alerted when sentiment shifts in mentions of your brand.
- Failed Posts — Know immediately if a scheduled post fails to publish.
- Low Performance — Get alerts when a post underperforms compared to your average.
Managing Notifications
Configure your notification preferences:

Go to Settings > Notifications.

Toggle notification types on or off based on your preferences.

Choose delivery channels:
- In-App — Notifications appear in the bell icon menu.
- Email — Receive notification emails.
- Push — Browser push notifications (if enabled).
Viewing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the top navigation bar to view your recent notifications. Notifications are organized chronologically with the most recent at the top.
Alert Settings
For spike alerts and performance alerts, you can customize:
- Threshold — Set the percentage change that triggers an alert (e.g., 50% increase).
- Frequency — How often to check for conditions (hourly, daily).
- Platforms — Which platforms to monitor for alerts.
