SocialPulses was born in 2023 out of sheer frustration. Our founders — seasoned social media managers — were juggling a dozen different tools to create, schedule, analyze, and engage across platforms. There had to be a better way.
So we built it. A single, beautiful, AI-powered platform that does everything: generates content ideas, auto-schedules posts, provides deep analytics, and helps you engage with your audience — all in one place.
The journey started in a small co-working space in San Francisco with just two people and a laptop. Our first prototype was rough — it scheduled posts to Instagram and Twitter, and that was it. But the response was overwhelming. Within a week of our closed beta launch, over 100 creators had signed up, and they were hungry for more features. We listened, we iterated, and we built what our users asked for.
By mid-2024, we had grown to a team of eight and crossed 10,000 active users. We expanded platform support to include LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok — each requiring months of work with official API approvals. Our AI content generator launched in late 2024 and instantly became our most loved feature. Users told us it saved them three to five hours per week just on writing captions alone.
Today, over 50,000 creators and businesses trust SocialPulses to save 10+ hours every week, and our platform publishes millions of posts every month. We have a team of 15 talented people spread across four countries, all united by a shared mission: to make social media management effortless for everyone.
But what we are most proud of is the community we have built. Our Discord server is a vibrant space where creators share tips, celebrate wins, and help each other grow. When we see stories of small businesses landing their first big client through a campaign scheduled with SocialPulses, or creators doubling their engagement using our AI tools — that is what keeps us building.
