Build and maintain the SocialPulses web application that serves thousands of marketers daily. You will own critical UI components, drive performance improvements, and shape our component library. We are looking for someone who obsesses over user experience and writes clean, testable code.
Design and maintain the distributed systems that power SocialPulses scheduling engine, analytics pipeline, and AI content generation. You will work on high-throughput APIs that handle millions of scheduled posts across multiple social platforms.
Join our product engineering team to build end-to-end features that span the UI, API, and database layers. You will own features from concept to deployment, working closely with design and product to deliver impactful improvements to our users every week.
Craft intuitive, beautiful interfaces that make complex social media workflows feel effortless. You will shape the visual identity of SocialPulses and ensure every interaction feels polished and purposeful.
Drive customer retention and growth by helping our users extract maximum value from SocialPulses. You will own relationships with key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and advocate for user needs internally.
Define and drive the product roadmap for our AI content and scheduling features. You will work at the intersection of user research, data analysis, and engineering execution to build features that delight social media managers worldwide.
Turn raw data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and help customers understand their social media performance. You will build dashboards, run experiments, and uncover growth opportunities across the platform.
Lead and scale our Customer Success function as we grow from hundreds to thousands of paid accounts. You will build the playbooks, hire and mentor the team, and establish the processes that keep our customers happy and successful.
