Managing Your Inbox

The Inbox brings all your social media messages and comments into one unified view. You can reply to comments and DMs across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms without switching between apps.

Accessing the Inbox

Click Inbox from the left sidebar. All incoming messages and comments are displayed in a chronological feed.

Filtering Conversations

  • Platform Filter — View messages from specific platforms.
  • Status Filter — Show all, unread, or archived conversations.
  • Search — Find specific messages by keyword or sender name.

Replying

Click on any message or comment to open the reply panel.

Type your response in the text box. You can use Saved Replies for quick responses.

Click "Send" to post your reply directly to the social platform.

Managing Conversations

  • Archive — Move resolved conversations out of your main view.
  • Assign — Assign conversations to team members for follow-up.
  • Mark as Unread — Flag conversations for later review.

Tip: Set up notifications for new messages so you never miss an important inquiry. Configure notification preferences in Settings.
