Post Templates allow you to save reusable post formats, so you don't have to start from scratch every time. Templates are great for recurring content like weekly tips, product launches, or blog post promotions.
Creating a Template
Go to Templates from the left sidebar (under Managing Content).
Click "Create Template".
Give your template a name (e.g., "Monday Motivation" or "Product Launch").
Write the content using placeholders like {{topic}} or {{date}} for dynamic fields.
Select the platforms this template applies to.
Click "Save". Your template is now available in the composer.
Using a Template
When creating a new post:
- In the composer, click "Templates" to see your saved templates.
- Select a template to auto-fill the composer with its content.
- Replace any placeholders and customize as needed.
- Publish or schedule as usual.
Managing Templates
- Edit — Click the edit icon on any template to update its content.
- Delete — Remove templates you no longer need.
- Duplicate — Create a copy of a template as a starting point for a new one.
Pro Tip: Create templates for each content type you regularly post. With placeholders, you can use the same template dozens of times with minimal editing.
